Location is greyed out, i cannot remove internet explorer 11 addon after virus removal

These are the only ones remaining in the Manage Add-ons...

I don't mind the Office... I got it when I purchased MS Office at the store...

Yahoo toolbar installed when I downloaded yahoo messenger but I uninstalled Yahoo toolbar after since I'm not using it. It's not showing in the Programs and Features.. I installed Java coz they told me I needed it.. I also installed Flash Player coz they told me I also needed it...

I've only recently uninstalled McAfee & its firewall, which then activated my Windows Firewall. Until then, I never saw this interface in Control Panel to the Windows Firewall. (In fact, I still hadn't seen it until you posted yours.) Mine allows me to check/uncheck items after I've clicked "Change settings" (which goes dark after it is clicked) - however the Remove button doesn't light up. And sometimes even the Details button is dark. Now, I see those buttons do light up for some, but not for all of them.

I believe the fact yours are not checked on the left (to the left of their name) means these rules are not actually activated. These rules presumably gave permission to use the WEB; therefore, it is good they are not activated. But I much doubt they could do harm now - because you don't have that Tencent folder & its files in C:.

Let's look in the Windows Firewall app itself, at...

(1) START, All Apps, (scroll down to & click) Windows Administrative Tools.

     Tools show up under it.

(2) Scroll down to & R-Clk "Windows Firewall", & select "Pin to START".

     It appears on the START screen...

Click it in the START screen. Check for those bad guys in both the Inbound Rules & Outbound Rules, by clicking those two in the left pane & scrolling through the center pane. When one is found, R-Clk it, & select "Delete".

But be careful:  If you delete the wrong thing, I won't be able to get it back. (Maybe it will come back on its own - I don't know.) But be reasonably sure you are deleting a bad guy. That would be the ones in your top picture that begin with "????" & the ones in your second picture that are Chinese.

If they still won't go, click for their Properties in the right pane & post pictures for a clue of what to look for in the registry. This could lead to your second registry fix!

OK. I haven't run out of places to look for a cure, though I fear I'm coming close. Let's finish up with your BHOs first. And the Windows Firewall second.

I'm very pleased too to see you rid of those. So, that's what a registry fix can do. Congratulations on doing your first - but always be careful in there. It turns out I too have "B4F3A835-0E21..." in my registry, but only in one place (& later in a mirror)...

Let me see all the screens in which you have that one. (Make the screens as small as possible before taking a picture, so it posts larger. See how I scrolled the Class ID up to top, & dragged the bottom of RegEdit up.) For me, that one is not a BHO. But do not delete anything yet until further investigation.

Research indicates "B4F3A835-0E21..." belongs to MS Office. Did you install that or click to take the trial version? Let us let that one alone. If you are through with MS Office, uninstall it at... R-Clk START, Programs & Features ...& hopefully it will take the BHO with it. Others have tried & failed to be rid of that BHO with registry deletes. Perhaps they didn't uninstall Office first.

Remember these in your search result 12? One of them is gone, one of them is "B4F3A835-0E21..." - what are the other three? They are not in my registry at all. I want to research those three as well. So, let me see your screens.

Are any of these mentioned in IE 11 at the "Manage Add-ons" screen? If not, it's an indicator they are illegitimate & possibly non-functional as well.

BHO 02478d38-c3f9-4efb-9b51-7695eca05670 appears to belong to a Yahoo toolbar. Did you install that? Do you use it? Is Yahoo showing at Programs & Features? Is the BHO showing in IE 11's "Manage Add-ons"?

BHO 761497bb-d6f0-462c-b6eb-d4daf1d92d43 belongs to Sun Java by Oracle, looks like. That's a legit company. Did you download/install that? Programs & Features? Manage Add-ons?

BHO dbc80044-a445-435b-bc74-9c25c1c588a9 belongs to Sun Java too. Same questions.
