Location is greyed out, i cannot remove internet explorer 11 addon after virus removal

I am running Windows 10 64 bit

After removing a virus using windows defender and malwarebytes, I could no longer...

A. remove these internet explorer add ons, to wit:

  1. Ó¦Óñ¦Ò»¼ü°²×°²å¼þ npQQPhoneManagerExt.dll
  2. 电脑管家网页防火墙 TSWebMon64.dat

B. activate Location in Notification since it is always greyed out now

    I have the 3 cumulative updates in my system but it has not self-corrected... I still can't click on the Location button.

    All the bad BHOs are gone... I'm so happy. As a newbie to this, you made it sound so easy... Love what you did... YOU ARE THE BEST.......... a thousand thanks to you.

    Here is the picture of the BHO under the one you told me to delete....

    On the issue of your inoperable Location button in Action center & its inoperable controls at... "START, Settings, Privacy, Location" ...there was a fix for that in Win 8.1 - but it can't be done in Win 10. Still looking for another way.

    But I wonder, has it self-corrected with the latest MS Cumulative Update (KB3093266), which seems to have done a lot...

    Check whether you got it at...  "R-Clk START, Programs & Features, View Installed Updates".

    (1) Open RegEdit, get to top, & Find "{7C260B4B-F7A0-40B5-B403-BEFCDC6A4C3B}"

         Should get to search result #1...

    1.

    (1.1) R-Clk "{7C260B4B..." in blue in left pane, & select "Delete".

    (2) Find Next, & Find Next again. This goes to Search result #3...

    3.

    (2.1) R-Clk each key in turn that begins "TS..." in the left pane, & select "Delete".

            This will eliminate both search result #2 & #3.

            Scroll the left pane down. If there is a 3rd "TS..." key there - delete it too.

    (3) Find Next to get to search result 4...

    4.

    (3.1) R-Clk "{7C260B4B..." in blue in left pane, & select "Delete".

    (3.2) Find Next may find search result #4.1 - it mentions "LastKey".

            If so, let it alone. It is a system key that will self-adjust, as explained before.

    4.1

    (4) Find Next to get search result #5...

    5.

    (4.1) R-Clk "{7C260B4B..." in blue in left pane, & select "Delete".

    (5) Find Next to get to search result #6. But it may already be gone.

    6.

    (5.1) If there, scroll the left pane down to expose all keys that begin "TS...".

            R-Clk each in turn in the left pane (that begins "TS"), & select "Delete".

            This will rid you of both search result #6 & #7.

    (6) Find Next to get to search result #8.

    8.

    (6.1) R-Clk "{7C260B4B..." in blue in left pane, & select "Delete".

            What is that BHO ({B4F3A835...) under it? Maybe click it, & post a picture. Do not delete.

    (7) Find Next likely will not find search result #9.

    9.

    (7.1) But, if so - R-Clk "{7C260B4B..." in blue in left pane, & select "Delete".

    That's it for BHO "{7C260B4B...". Has it disappeared from IE 11? If not, reboot & look again.
