I turned off my firewall and AV and all the update problems were fixed, then reenabled them, probably have to do the same next time there are updates.

And come July you'll not get security updates. Call 1-800-Microsoft. State that you need help with KB2919355.

I keep having problems with a security update. It says "couldn't apply changes, undoing changes", error code 800FO922. This happens everytime I turn off my computer. PLEASE HELP!

I rec'd a slightly different notice than above. Sorry, we couldn't complete the Windows 8.1 update. Restoring your previous version of Windows. When I check "Change PC settings" there is no entry for "Update and recovery." Included with the "Sorry" notice was the following number: 0xC1900101-0x2000A. Thanks, Jack

Error code 800F0902 Must be a new code. The last one in that category is 800F0901 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938205 Find a log where it was used. What's the context?
