The consumer world needs detailed instruction on how to recover from this series of ludicrous Microsoft Updates to USB device drivers.
Okay, the current USB device encryption virus is really scary.
Do backup you computer to external media. Do not rely on just one backup.

I've had the same problem with XP Pro SP3. Have tried everything I could in this forum and nothing works. Is there a way to simply bypass this update. How do I do that?
Hopefully this is easier to read. I'm afraid I cant show all of the affected items in the dialgue box and dont know how to create a lits of the affected items, (say in Notepad) that I can show.
