No chance. I'm in Argentina and I brought the phone in Brasil, no Nokia Care in Argentina as long as I know. Sadly I will have to wait for another solution.... I cant believe it's not yet fixed by MS widely...

Hello.
I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.
When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.
So far i've done:
Soft reset
Hard reset
Nokia Software recovery tool
Does anyone have this issue?
Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

2015-05-11T13:00:46+00:00 Well, I did the recovery tool thing, and nothing happened. Tried before getting the updates and restoring the backup and nothing. the mic does the same 10% of volumen recording as before. It's funny, but I got GDR2 in the updating process, which I didn't have before, but it didn't solve the mic issue. It is definitely a Lumia 930 issue that could only be solved with a specific 930 update. Maybe W10? Don't wanna wait that much! I need to use Skype and they can't listen to me!!! HEEEELLLP MS!!!!

In the main screen of the tool it shows that my firmware is number 02540 and the server versión is 02061, which look rather old. I guess after the recovery the phone will automatically update to the latest version, is it right? I did a backup. Is firmware 02061.00066.14252.51001 correct for Lumia 930?

Go to Settings> applications> store> check for updates. If in case all system apps are updated, you can try using the Windows Phone Recovery Tool.
