    I have suddenly got a blue screen and a white sad face on my 520! Would the Nokia software tool sortbthis problem out??

    Cant open Lumia Software Recovery tool..

    I tried that. It didn't work. It says phone has a problem and the phone shuts down again.

    Is there a version of the recovery tool that works with MS Vista?  I don't have a computer with a more recent version of MS Windows operating system.
