    New update for DP today, try it. My 920 on DP finished with Cyan installed.

    This just happened to me too! It got to 100%, then counted BACKWARD, and then started downloading all over again. I am beyond ticked. This was a 90 minute download for me, and now its running again??

    Does this mean the Tool is broken and we can't roll back? Please say it isn't so. DPV is so broken right now..

    This is not 100% true,.... .  Phones in this condition are not able to download a software package for their phone in NSRT, maybe that's where the IMEI/Product Code mismatch come in to play?

    Sorry, I fail to see what is not 100% true, especially after you repeat as your own statement what I have previously stated.
