after installing on pc it says connect your phone when my lumia 1020 is already been connected. and it is not finding my phone.

Hi patriciawernecke,

You are posting in reference to another post that is more than 1-1/2 year old ..

As per the latest updates for the recovery tools .. Nokia Software Recovery Tool works with older Nokia Phones... and for Lumias you need to use Windows Phone Recovery Tool

Hi all,

I used the tool yesterday for updating my Lumia 1520 to Denim, after that I only have 2 gb free I used to have 5+, How can I remove any temporary files used for the app.
