Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community Forums.

From your issue description , I understand that you need to delete the uninstalled App history from the Windows App Store.

Unfortunately its not possible to delete the uninstall App history in the windows 8 App store. Its designed like that .So in future if you want install any of these apps again in your computer you don’t to have search for that in the whole App Store. You can just select “My Apps” and from there you can install that once again very easily.

Hope this helps. Please get back to us if you have any other questions

This is a peer support forum. We are all just users of this version of
Windows here, helping each other if and when we can. We are not
Microsoft employees (not even those of us with "Microsoft MVP" behind
our names; that's an honorary title for having provided consistently
helpful advice) except for an occasional Microsoft contractor or
    employee.

If you want to complain to Microsoft about something, please contact
them directly. Trying to do it here is just a waste of (figurative)
breath, and clutters up the forum.

Please add me to the growing list of users who prefer more control. Personally, it would be easier to set up a new pc or upgraded tablet without having to sort through all the apps you've ever installed just to remember what you liked vs what you hated...

Because it would cause a greater backlash for the few idiots who would accidently delete apps their apps and then want them restored. Personally I think allowing users to make apps hidden from view achieves the desired result, but MS needs to listen and implement the suggestion.
