When I asked your vitual support thingy it took me too this website whcich did NOT help me at all! What a farse
I hope it will work. I did what you said and hope no more notifications will appear again.
just plug in what ever drive you were using ie flash-usb ...then go to safely remove icon and click (in task bar)....when it says "safe to remove" then remove drive!
