What does the error code c101b000 represent?

I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

    the content gets downloaded but it is not able install !!!!

    Same prob in Finland with a new 520... waiting for Microsoft to solve the problem very very quickly...

    Только купил телефон и уже ошибки лезут (c101b000)!!!! В чем дело?! Что за проблемы?

    Проблема та же, что и у всех, вот только нет ответа от майкрософт.

    I'm also having the same issue with Lumia 520 in India. 

    Hope Microsoft will fix the issue soon..
