What does the error code c101b000 represent?

Oh my ! I thought something went wrong and had to reset my phone. :( Still not working. Lumia 720 India.

I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

This appears to be a microsoft mobile issue as i have come across many forums with this code and no suitable answer or way round. I too, like many of us, am experiencing this issue. the error code 'c101b000' is a correct error code as it appears everywhere. The same issue 'App requires attention. Tap here' or Error code c101b000 always appears and has done on my phone since Thursday 11 July 2013. I have had the phone less than a week. Its a Nokia Lumia 820...

I'm also having the same issue with Lumia 520 in India. 

Hope Microsoft will fix the issue soon..
