How to Remove Sendori Malware?

Hello,

Does anyone here know anything about Sendori?  According to some it is a tool used to correct spelling errors, according to others it is a form of anti-spyware, and according to others it is a homepage hijacker.  I believe what I have is the latter as it has changed my homepage and degraded my browser performance.  I have heard that it is undetectable by AVG and I just did a full scan using Windows Security essentials and didn't pick it up.  I tried uninstalling through Control Panels - -> Programs and Features but could not remove it.  I am hesitant to use more radical methods to remove it such as deleting executables and .dlls or doing a forced uninstall using Revo Uninstaller as I have heard sometimes if you ARE able to remove it it will change your DNS settings upon removal.  Does anyone have any ideas?

You might also try this web site - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com - contains details for many of the common infections, often immediately after they began to appear in the wild, and instructions are provided for how to remove the infections using their malware removal guides.     download Revo Uninstaller, it will hunt that **** down and take it out. It works with other unwated programs, as well. It's the greatest thing in the world omg.

    I think Sendori's intention is questionable.  If the software was installed without the permission of the computer owner, as indicated from all these postings here, then it is a malware, It is an intrusion. There is no difference than someone enters your house without your permission.

    Then once the installation is detected by the computer owner, the owner has to apply all sorts of efforts to remove it.  I question the motivation of the Sendori developers, why make it so difficult to uninstall?   Why sneaks in the first place?   Sendori's own posting revealed that there was problems in their early version of the uninstaller.  My take is if they don't even know how to write their own uninstaller, how can you trust the rest of the software they wrote?

    We can do well without their "kind" services, they don't even know how to service themselves by fully testing and debugging their own code.

    The computer owners whose PC were "infected" by Sendori software spent lots of time in removing it, caused so much unnecessary hassle and wasted so much time.  We should organize a class action law suit against this company for compensation of time wasted and inconvenience they have caused.
