    Hi,

After checking the log files, we see some errors on your system that may cause this issue. To fix this, we recommend that you run this **Fix it tool** and check if the issue still occurs.

If the problem is persistent, we request that you collect new set of Event viewer and MSinfo log files so we can analyze the activity that occurs after you run the Fix it tool. To do this, please follow the instruction from this **solution article.**

Once the log files are ready, please upload them on the private section of this thread.

    Thank you.

    Hello ceport,

It seems that your driver is outdated for your graphics card. Please download the latest VGA driver for your ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics card. There is a new driver version: 8.970.100.3000 released this year for your product.

If the issue persists after installing the latest driver version, please provide a new dxdiag report log for further investigation. I have sent you a private message for the instructions.

Note that you need to be signed in to view the private message. After uploading the log files, please reply back to this thread.

    Thanks!
