What does 'possible heap corruption detected' mean, when listed in the Event Viewer?

Should I be concerned about the stability of the system/memory if I see 'possible heap corruption detected' in the Event Viewer.  There are no details listed as to which program might be causing the possible heap corruption.

    I have no issues with any Windows programs. Office hasn't crashed. IE hasn't crashed. WMP is playing tracks.  Panda says that my computer is protected and it detects spyware, when I run a scan.

    I have run Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool and it detected a Trojan.  The issue with regards to the Security Center not detecting Panda, began in 2011, when I installed Panda IS 2012. So if a virus had attached itself to Panda, then my computer would be utterly useless.

    If a virus was affecting Panda, then why is spyware being detected?

    I just hope that Panda hasn't, because if it has, then I have a serious issue, to add to the issue of Microsoft Help HTML executable not working.

    It's a simple matter just to email Panda support simply asking if they have implemented  KB2028210 in Panda IS 2012. I would not say anything about your problems. Just stick to the one question. People do not like answering direct questions so you may not get the answer first time. I think you were fobbed off with a wrong answer when you contacted Panda before by an inexperienced member of the support team.

    I'm running Panda IS 2012 which I purchased last year. So I don't understand why Panda is being ignored.

    I'm just curious as to why when I do turn on messages relating to Virus Protection and Firewall, that when I click to turn on the program, Panda IS dialog box appears, but there is still the warning about Panda IS 2012 being turned off, even though I click the option to turn it on.
