I don't know if this is just dumb luck, or related to the Windows updates released on 8/30/16, but for several hours now, I've been able to use my Arc Touch mouse without the scroll strip bug. Just a couple of days ago, I wasn't able to use this same mouse for more than ten minutes without needing to close and open it again to get the scroll strip to work.
Has anyone else seen this after applying the Windows updates?
Based on past experience, I'm suspending judgment on whether or not this egregious bug was finally fixed unless and until I've been able to use both of my Arch Touch, Surface Edition mice for at least one full week, all day each day.
In case it has been fixed, it took Microsoft 309 days since the release of the SP4 on 10/26/15 until the release of the Windows updates on 8/30/16 to do so. Good grief!
Thanks,
Steve
