Hi. I am trying to listen to an Overdrive protected audio file from a
local public library.
When I try opening the ODM file in Overdrive Media Console, for
delivery of the full media file, I get the error "Unable to aquire a license to play the selected title. The requested license is either invalid or already aquired"
I get an other error when I try to
get the "Security Upgrade" for WMP11.
I am using Vista 64 bit on a HP a67oof, WMP11, IE8
Overdrive media console is 16bit software so I dont know if thats why I cant get it work???

It sounds like your not using the Explorer brand browser. Just run the upgrade in Explorer, and it will probably work. Then, when you're finished with it, go back to using whatever browser you enjoy. If you don't have Explorer, you can download it for free on Yahoo's site, or, if you prefer, you can download it for free at microsoft.com
When I press security upgrade, I receive "parameter incorrect" message.
Henry: please make sure that you run the upgrade in Internet Explorer as administrator (right-click the IE icon - Run as administrator). Does that work?
