Hi. I am trying to listen to an Overdrive protected audio file from a
local public library.
When I try opening the ODM file in Overdrive Media Console, for
delivery of the full media file, I get the error "Unable to aquire a license to play the selected title. The requested license is either invalid or already aquired"
I get an other error when I try to
get the "Security Upgrade" for WMP11.
I am using Vista 64 bit on a HP a67oof, WMP11, IE8
Overdrive media console is 16bit software so I dont know if thats why I cant get it work???

Running that ResetDRM tool (in compatibility mode & as an administrator) FINALLY solved this problem for me!
Edited to add: My problem was with Overdrive, not a Zune but this did work!

Hey. After a lot of frustration, I got it figured out! You have to add the following link: http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/indivsite/en/indivit.asp to the list of trusted sites to Internet Explorer first. Open Internet explorer. Then, click on Tools<Internet options<security<trusted sites<uncheck https as a requirement for a trusted site, then add the link as a trusted site. And then, the upgrade button will work.
