Can you help trouble shoot Sharper Image Internet Weather Station EC-WS115?

I am in need of a copy of the software to get my Sharper Image 5-Day Forecast working.  If you could reply to me with the installation file that would be wonderful.

If after installation of the software, setting the location won't work (no data is showing at all after selecting a place), or you receive message "Cannot connect to server. Please try again later", this might be caused by your anti virus software.

If you are running AVG, you will have to disable the Surf-Shield option; right mouseclick in the system tray on the AVG Anti-Virus icon and select ""Open AVG User Interface". Go to "Tools - Advanced Settings - LinkScanner" and untag "Enable Surf-Shield" (and click "OK").

To get rid of the yellow warning triangle that is now showing over the AVG icon in your system tray, open the AVG User Interface again and go to "Tools - Advanced Settings - Ignore faulty conditions" and tag "LinkScanner" (and click "OK").

I got this as a gift. It came without a software disk. After emailing customer support I got a link to the the following software:

I downloaded this software.  It brings up the software images on my screen ... I can enter my home location in the software ... but the software never connects to the internet ... so I star all over again.  The installation and troubleshooting guide for this software can be found at:

This gadget is supposedly compatible with Windows 7.  I am running Windows 7 Pro on my HP Computer.

I found the problem was with my firewall.  I struggled one day, then the next day I turned off my antivirus / firewalls completely, disconnected the transmitter, removed the batteries, pressed the little reset hole with a clip for five seconds, put the batteries back, started up the software, connected the USB transmitter, forgot about it, then when I remembered, looked at the weather station screen, and all the forecasts where showing up!!  It looks like if you have a firewall software, you need to allow to communicate to IP address 62.237.200.73 for www.foreca.com, the software used to update this device's forecast.
