In every application on my computer, my cursor jumps around while typing. I can not type fast because I have toconstantly bring the cursor back to where I am typing (just did it again right now). Something is wrong and needs to be fixed. I am not technical and have no idea how to fix or what forum this question belongs in. Please advise.

To all who have been having 'cursor jumps around while typing' problem. I had the same problem and had my Sony VAIO support team help me with it. They put in a fix that worked. Microsoft. It would be beneficial if you could contact Sony regarding this problem and access to the solution they put in place for me, since they seem to have found a solution to the problem.
For the moment, I just don't use the touchpad. I use a mouse. Now there's no problem in Word.
Guide me what to do? It seems you have just pasted my problem! Please help me to solve this issue. Thanks.
Cursor jumps around while typing
In every application on my computer, my cursor jumps around while typing. I can not type fast because I have toconstantly bring the cursor back to where I am typing (just did it again right now). This sounds like a concession to me not a solution.
My cursor jumps all around too. Also, caps lock goes on without me touching. And, the touch screen does not respond to touch about 50% of the time.
This is why I hate my Surface.
