click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. Hope it will help!

2015-03-29T13:24:39+00:00 I don't see iexplorer or windows live in startup and the only microsoft application in this tab is security client. Any other choices?
