click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. Hope it will help!

    go to >> C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live

    and delete "WLIDSVCM">>

    then it will never comes again!

    There were two bins there WLIDSVC and WLIDSVCM, I renamed the later, message stopped.

    Actually in windows 7 i see in services the windows live id sign in assistant is running  is this now the area in windows 7 i should turn it off to eliminate this error message?
