click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. Hope it will help!

2015-02-11T03:20:29+00:00 Go to Administrative Tools, (type in search), then go to Services, click to open, scroll to Windows Live ID sign-in Assistant, then double click that line, and under General: Start up type: choose (Automatic (delayed start).
