For some reason, I no longer have the Web Select option in the right-click context menu. I still have Web Capture, but Web Select is no longer there. Did MS remove this feature, or is it a bug?

Then open edge-> type edge://flags/#edge-screenshot in URL bar, then change the Microsoft Edge Split Screen and Microsoft Edge Screenshot from Default/Disabled to Enabled as mentioned in below screenshot.
Restart the browser. Click Ctrl+Shift+X to use web select feature.

As ShdwlynxAgain said, although I appreciate the detailed response, this did not resolve my issue.
Ctrl+Shift-X doesn't give me anything. I have to go into the toolbar dropdown and select the Screenshot (Ctrl+Shift+S), and only shows Capture Web Area and Capture Full Page.
