Yes, just mount the iso and double click on setup.exe.

Just make sure you select to keep all the files and programs.

There is a link on page 2 of this thread posted by Johnny_55 to get to the official MS insider ISO 22621.

You can also get an ISO from a third-party site that will have all the updates included, but that is not the official MS suggested site

and may be a subject for a separate discussion. 😎

Update: As suggested later in this thread somewhere to delete the contents of "**C:\Windows\System32\SecurityHealth**" directory (content inside the "SecurityHealth" folder). I've tried this as well and no luck with the same exact issue and same experience as my post here.

That has nothing to do with the error 0x8007007e that you showed earlier.

That folder C:\Windows\System32\SecurityHealth\1.0.2109.27002-0 is present only if you have the Security issue showing the message below in Device security.
