Ah ok, I'm having the same issue after installing the official ISO where WU isn't able to successfully install KB5015818 for whatever reason. I think I've found/made a version .232 ISO from a third party so we'll see if that works.

The problem is the ISO is 22621.105 and the version with the update in question is 22621.232. That ISO does not have the update so installing it doesn't help. Is there another ISO with version 22621.232?

No, the MS ISO is actually 22621.1 not 22621.105 it gets to 105 when it checks for updates.

After that you can update with W.U. again to 22621.232 and that should work too. I've done that several times.

If you want an ISO that includes the updates to 22621.232 you need to download from a third-party, not from the official MS site.

You can search the web for the third-party site where you can get 22621.232. It is not a subject allowed for discussion in a MS forum. 🤣🤣🤣

Thanks. Installed from ISO which actually is 22621.105.

Update KB5015818 is offered again. Downloaded and install goes to 100% but instead of actually install it just offers the same update again, with not change of version.

Not a solution really, until the ISO incorporates this update.

Offering the same update is a known issue.

Just suspend updates and resume them and check again, it should fix itself. 😉
