Preparing for Insider Preview Builds of Windows 11 - ***UPDATED 6/28***

***UPDATE***

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

    I am really wondering why you are narrowing the field of devices? A lot of good devices are going to be blocked from upgrading to Windows 11. You could relax these requirements! It seems to me that the whole point of Windows 11 is to sell new devices! My computer works just fine!     Adding CPU lists I found that probably explain why the PC Health Check currently shows many of our CPUs as not supported. I'm assuming many qualifying CPUs will be added to these lists as time goes on.

    I did a lot of homework before posting and I can confirm without doupt that my device is not suppported for Windows 11.

    I have 7 computers at home, NONE of them are supported.

    I have a 5 year Lenovo W541 for my dialy driver as insider with a 1.2 TPM and the cpu is I7-4810MQ. This CPU does not support android emulation via new intel bridge features and it does not have a ftpm to be able to upgrade to TPM 2.0.

    With the recent changes and lack of communication from Microsoft, I assume that 8th CPU gen and TPM 2.0 is the minimum requierement.

    I got only one option left and I AM OUT. There is no way that I will e-waste my laptop to be able to seriously test and give feedback for your new OS.
