Preparing for Insider Preview Builds of Windows 11 - ***UPDATED 6/28***

I always followed Microsoft latest developments and always supported their ideas...however that is total stupidity. Also, i am insider since years in Beta channel.

I have i5-4460 3.2GHz, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD and GTX 660 DirectX12 WDDM 2.7 videocard.

But i cannot run Windows 11 because i have no TPM. That is stupid. Why i need TPM?! I don't use it, i don't need it.

I am a developer and i require latest software/ OS to be installed. My hardware is capable except that TPM.

And now i am forced to give several hundred dollars for new hardware. That is not how things should be done.

If the things go like this 80% of the windows users will never upgrade or use Windows 11.

And the worst thing is Microsoft doesn't explain their decisions. Is there someone to say why we need TPM module for a normal home desktop PC?!

windows 11 team would better to delete the limitations to let more computers join new version experience . this tmp limitation made us upset

All this is of course super, but what about the fact that the assistant for switching to windows 11, when reporting that windows 11 is not compatible with this computer, does not write information in more detail? When I click on additional information, I go to the microsoft website, where they offer to buy a new computer! Is it possible that a computer that meets the system requirements for windows 10 will not get windows 11? The main thing is that it is not clear what requirements I cannot install windows 11 for. I used the updated assistant for testing, but there is no clarity. according to the minimum requirements on the site, and according to information from other sources, my computer is suitable for windows 11. I conclude that the computer should be 2020-2021? So I ask you to take the following steps: after the official release of windows 11, build a better tool into the installation wizard, checking for compatibility. or improve existing tools. Eddie, you're doing a great job here.  And I have to say that can't be easy after that announcement yesterday that was 100% marketing with no availability dates or links given to where we could get further information.  I'd have thought a man like Mr. Nadella who has degrees in engineering and computer science would've known that technical people like us want more than just the broad brush marketing.  

 On the technical side I saw a list of supported CPUs that looks like anything more than a couple of years old would NOT be supported.  That seems unreasonably restrictive to me.  That's my 2 cents worth FWIW.

Microsoft has been HACKED by Microsoft China, silently dropping support of MANY processors (not jsut for the Chinese market and Win11 only) but ALL existing supported version of Windows 7/8/8.1/10.

This is a clear attempt to force all people to buy new hardware. And it is a severe breach of contract, if support by contract is dropped without notification.

Microsoft MUST restore the hardware compatiblity lists for ALL existing version of windows since Windows 7: this means restoring the list of processors, that has been silently tweaked to keep only models designed less than 4 years ago (starting to Gen8 for Intel).

Windows 10 insiders (even in the Dev channel) have tested almost all features of Windows 11 as part of "Windows Next" (which we were told was just a code name for a branch. We've tested all the upgrade paths, feature packs, drivers, NTFS features, reported many things.

Now our suppor will stop in less than 6 months (no more Dev Insider version), and we can NOT restore any Win10 commercial version (many  successfully tested features will be missing, including critical ones like those related to Storage Spaces, reliability, accessibility, security).

Not only Microsoft does not thnaks us, it is lying in its compatibility program (made by Microsoft China).

Please Microsoft, BAN Microsoft China from working on anything else than versions licenced to China. Visibly this is a malicious coordinated attack by the Chinese government, that just wants to sell new hardware made in China (notably processors, motherboards, RAM modules, SSD's, graphic cards...).

And Win11 (tested in alpha internally by MS China) has NEVER been properly tested for deployment to the rest of the world.

STOP Windows 11 IMMEDIATELY : it is DEFINTELY NOT READY. Restore support for all valid licenced versions of Windows 7/8/8.1/10/Server... And restore our support for the rest ofg the world.

Stop trusting your Chinese subsidiary, BAN IT: it has hacked your whole company for every one in the rest of the world. This is a severe brech of contract.

And you've lied to every since years with this unexpected launch with INACCEPTABLE conditions, breaking ALL existing contracts.

If you don't urgently press the BRAKE pedal (and stop this Windows 11 FAKE), you'll have lot of judiciary suites from all around the world, and billions to pay (or the justice will force your company to be splitted).

We NO LONGER WANT ANYTHING from MICROSOFT CHINA. You'll need to redesign "Windows 10 Next", and continue where it was running. Windows 11 may only target the market of the PR China (with all its restrictions), it's definitely NOT for the rest of the world (that may eventually become Windows 12 later, but you'll need at least one more year and you MUST then continue the Windows 10 Insider program exactly as it was and as you promissed to everyone!).

Your announce of Windows 11 may only be valid for China (running versions licenced for China): it should be clearly named "Windows 11 CN" and only permitted for use in China.

You MUST restore your site to what it was one week ago, and restore the compatiblity programs as they were for all supported versions!
