Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says
There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.
I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

I still can't redeem anything. Tried various gift cards and for different games. Hopefully they'll be a fix at some point.
I think I know why everyone is having this issue here is what you get do you can’t redeem those gifts cards that have like 100 Robux but you can get the one with 200 basically they are trying to help you save more points to get a better gift card like the issue thing that keeps coming up on your screen will keep showing up until you get the 200 rubx am telling for me for example I tried getting the 100 it said there was an issue but when I tried to get the 200 one it worked it a Roblox gift cards that the one I was trying to get

Same, I was trying to get robux with my points I got the error message, i sent a ticket to microsoft and they were taking forever to reply so I came on this forum, I didn't know that this was such a big problem. Glad to see that people are talking about it...Hopefully microsoft fixes the issue cuz it took me forever to get those points and now I cant even use them.
