Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says

There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.

I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

    I'm done ima just buy a real giftcard from the store cuz it seems like this "mircosoft rewards" ain't doing **** about this issue seems like its on porpuse and they are doing nothing about it cuz they want you to waste your time earning those points i tried to redeem the 100 robux giftcard and got. There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.

    I hope so but I’m not sure if it’s the gifts cards or not it just something I heard people talking about so thx for talking to me

    no I never did am in the same situation as you guys am not a Microsoft employee so I can’t help I ca only try working with you guys to solve it
