Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says

There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.

I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

    And i can't get riots gift Card, 6 out of 7 of my ftiends has the same problem, they contacted Microsoft support and each got same automated reply with no solution lol
