Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says
There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.
I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

I tried for weeks with another problem - Redeeming button for Microsoft rewards not working - Microsoft Community
Switched to Chrome browser, fixed that and got this.
Microsoft sucks, their customer support sucks, they are the worst of all companies in the world

I have been having this same problem 2 days later still no response from Microsoft they need to fix this **** because its an issue and there are plenty of people who are frustrated and done because they won't even take time out of their day to respond to an email they need to seriously fix this people want to redeem their points that they worked hard for.
