I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

Seems like Bing is scamming its users these days. The searches on a smartphone are no longer being recorded (despite Bing claiming there are 100 points available each day). Guess they figure their users aren’t smart enough to notice. This is rather shady and quite unacceptable.
how do peoples get 150 from their PC and 100 from Phone Search while i got only 90 and 60??
De rewardspunten worden al weken niet meer allemaal erbij geteld. Ook de Edge site wordt niet fatsoenlijk weergegeven. Na het aanklikken van een artikel, verkleint alles zodat het niet meer te lezen is. Willen ze bij Microsoft dat we stoppen met het gebruik van Edge? Door die rewards kom ik iedere dag terug.

The rewards points have not been added for weeks. The Edge site is also not displayed properly. After clicking on an article, everything shrinks so that it can no longer be read. Do they at Microsoft want us to stop using Edge? Those rewards keep me coming back every day.
I guess I'll have to forgo the points for searches and settle for the ones I get for my streak. It feels like with the hoops they want us to jump through they expect us to revolve our lives around using Bing for searches. I, for one, don't have a lot of time to invest into it on a daily basis. Even before they changed it, I found myself with days where I was barely able to have time to jump on keep my streak alive. Especially when I was in the hospital. I get they want to eliminate bots or something, but there are other ways of doing it. There are days, like today, where I have a few extra minutes to spend on it. I know this is a long rant, but I am posting this response just in case there's a chance someone might see it and realize that we do have lives outside of the internet, and there are other search engines we can use.
I never spammed the search or mobile option. Would receive their news emails for trending stuff and click each one (something to read at lunch), and would max it legitimately, but now I get 3 and then nothing. Tried clearing cache, cookies, saved searches etc, makes no difference. Trying at longer and longer intervals and appears to have a cool down of 30 minutes sometimes more if I don't reboot! Weird thing is my partner only seems to need to wait 7-10 seconds and she can search again.
Time to cash in my points and look for a new browser/search engine, as it's only going to get worse. Bet they drop the 3 daily items to 5 points soon then to 1 or 2 like they've done on everything else, and go "oh look, hardly anyone uses it now, might as well get rid of it".
