Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    It seems to work for a day or two, then cuts out and asks me to join. I had Microsoft due to having Outlook from work (I work from home.) But now my husband and I just upgraded our Office Suite and now every time I open my PC, it asks me to join Outlook. I hate Outlook. Too difficult to find older messages. Gmail is so much better. Oops, now I'll probably never get my points back. Oh well, I don't lose, the charities do as does MicroSoft for all their inept attempts to fix this.

    Agree. I have opened at least a half dozen tickets with them in the last month and you get a robot answer. No one is able to help and they frankly don't give a damn. So frustrated with this second rate site that I may simply stop using it. This is what has happened to customer service in the USA and around the world. Wish I could fix it myself but not possible. Lucky if I get 20 points a day when I search well over the amount needed to get the basic 150 per day. If this is what the world is coming to then let me get off. I now understand when my older relatives said they missed the good old days.

    Mobile reward points seem to work for me. Its Microsoft desktop points that are not being added at all. This started happening last week to my account.

    Nothing is working any more in Microsoft Rewards. I click on Daily set and get no credit. My Daily Streak is reset to zero each day when I had over 200 days. Ever since the last Microsoft update everything has not been working correctly in there. Clearing out cache does not work either.

    I am in Eastern Time Zone and when I change that it reverts back to something else.

    I forgot to mention that I am on a Desktop Computer with Windows 11. Everything was working well until the last Microsoft update. I don't get credit for any of the quizzes or clicking on any links except for maybe the 2 credits ones. So I wonder when this will be fixed?
