it keeps telling me to sign in and wont reward my points
Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

2023-12-16T12:30:01+00:00 Just adding my name here... Yesterday, earning points worked fine. After a computer reboot last night, this morning Rewards says that I'm not in the right region. I don't have a VPN connected, and the search URL indicates the correct region. Tried contacting chat support, but they don't do Rewards. They gave me a link to the Microsoft Rewards contact form, which I completed. When I clicked submit, it said 'Please fill in the form correctly'. Literally every field was filled in properly. No matter what I did, it wouldn't send my message. So I clicked on 'Give feedback' to report an error with the form. And guess what? When I clicked submit on that, it said 'Something went wrong. Please try again later.' So there seems to be no way to contact Microsoft Rewards about these problems. These rewards points were the only reason I've bothered with this crummy browser. I think I'm going back to Chrome.

2023-12-15T23:50:27+00:00 Well I've tried to be patient but it's ridiculous no matter how slowly "in good faith" I search there's virtually no points.. trying to switch back to brave rewards but uphold is a nightmare, lost my authenticator codes- complex security and id verifications may make that too impossible. So guess I'll be that much poorer now just in time for the holidays thanks Microsoft!! I will not forget it- will make sure as I can to never buy/use any Microsoft brand software, device, or website. I will advise everyone I know to do the same, unless Microsoft reverses course dramatically. Wish them a happy holiday and a declining unprofitable new year!

2023-12-14T23:32:46+00:00 I got the same message as you, so I submitted another claim and told MS pointily that if the issues are not resolved and soon, I'd quit Bing and Edge.
Frankly, some warning of any limits to how many searches one can do in a short amount of time would have been MOST gracious. Would it have been upsetting? Yes, but not saying anything is even worse.
