So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Uhhhh, they DO ACTUALLY WORK!!! Have got MANY gift cards redeemed from them!

I don't think microsoft rewards wants you to redeem the reward. They just want you to waste hours to search up things on the internet, and when you claim your prize, an excuse comes out saying "looks like there is an issue with the microsoft terminal". Yes, i do think it is a fake redemption website.
It appears it was a scam. I got this response from Microsoft Rewards support.
"We're always testing new ideas to try to improve your Microsoft Rewards experience. There’s also a recent change, wherein you will only earn from your searches activities and there will be no bonus points awarded.
We would like to inform you that the experience you had about not earning bonus points after your searches is by design. We're always testing new ideas to try to improve your Microsoft Rewards experience."
I guess I can wave good bye to my promised 1000 bonus then. Microsoft rewards - if you wish to 'improve your Microsoft Rewards experience', I suggest you keep to your promises.
I agree, exactly the same issue. Did the searches, got the points, impossible to redeem. Some BS about me being in a different country. Tried to contact support. Pointless, they were not interested in fixing the issue. Gave up. Not used bing since...Google is way better. BING POINTS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM
