So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

On the right side of this page there is Microsoft -You’re invited to try Microsoft 365 for free... we all know free means many strings attatched and sure if you just do the 7 day tral tand quit they will bug forever to come back and complte order . For me it's wothless because microsofe is confused which accout I have and still brings up the old one when I looked into 365 so my money would get lost downloading it on an account I can not access and closed years ago. When I open my Newer account it shows my true email , but when I try to get office 365 it takes me to my old accoutnt , and how numb is microsoft to not see I would buy it because I need it , so I'm siure there are others like me . so Microfoft looses more costomers , refusing to fix this **** they did when they loaded windows 10 on my old PC and since then it been a mess even now on my new Lap top that came with windows 11 . Iit still want s me to log into windows 10, and that sucks they downloded it without my consent . There a mess .It turns my stomic when thy advertise there bs for extream high pric es any can do better elce where . If they want to sell 365 to all who wnat it then they need to get there **** together and fix all there problems. they need to chne there name to fit them as Microfuckingsoft so were pre warned were getting screwed at our expence . Maybe ther red this and shut me down and I will be done with there games
