So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

same here! so frustrating! i'm guessing it's some AI gone wrong that is causing this. can't even get a human to respond, just an automated response that doesn't answer my question.

Recently I had opted in for Rewards program, I put goal as Flipkart voucher of 4,000 points. But after 10 days when I was about to reach 4000 points, they removed the voucher and pushed me to 8000 points. This is really nonsense from Microsoft. All they want to do is to make their users stay on bing and dont go to google.
I think so too, even most of the time I don't get my points any point when I'm supposed to get them, when already wasted my time to get them.
I agree. They broke my streak. Tell me to send in screenshots of proof that I logged on and they don't even bother to look at them. I have the proof and they don't care. Very unethical on their part.
