My type cover does not work and I left my surface aside the battery drained. I put it in the socket and the type cover worked. What will it be?

This is truly inexcusable that a newer Surface is still malfunctioning.  I won't buy another surface.

    This is hardware.

Some MVPs told me they need a firmware. Unfortunately I have a new Surface with few loads and I'm already with this big problem. This started with a firmware update hidden on July 22. Everything working normally, when you turn it off an hour and call the other day no longer works. This is not to bring a product into a Microsoft store.

I'm selling my Surface and I'm going to buy a Xiaomi notebook. I never buy a Microsoft product again!

Same here, i'm done with microsoft and surface pro's or laptops.

There's always a problem or update needed, and after the update its even worse.

I'm struggeling sinds the beginning with my type cover and keep hoping there's gonna be a fix,

Bud no, after a year or two, still waiting.

even in the usa, the MS IT or tech can't solve it. They only say it is hardware issue, and ask us to replace one with an almost full price of new one. but many user on internet world wide find out that actually is not hardware issue. MS have to reconsider how they treat customers. It is not right way to trouble shooting.
