Type Cover not Working but ...

My type cover does not work and I left my surface aside the battery drained. I put it in the socket and the type cover worked. What will it be?

    Our best course of action is to get as many of us as we canto file a consumer complaint with BBB here https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started

    This will get Microsoft to not take this matter lightly and will get us a response. Please send all correspondence to Microsft in Redmond,WA their headquarters.

    I finally received a repaired SP4 from Microsoft. No explanation about the problem. But it works.

    you staff just update for fix it .not our business to pay for your company mistake

    the problem came from update but this greedy company tell us to pay money for them for fix ths problem that they had make.

    i call this bu...l.. s...i..t .i know you know what i mean.

    if i  in america i will sue them for sure.this is un acceptable
