Bluetooth Issues Since Surface Updates - 5 August 2021

The Bluetooth on my Surface Pro (5th Gen) has not been working properly since the Surface Firmware Updates this morning. I have to restart to get it to work and then it only works properly for about 5 minutes. I have tried rolling back and reinstalling the Marvell driver. Also the Bluetooth troubleshooter doesn’t fix it. Running that troubleshooter causes Bluetooth to completely stop working. Will you please fix this urgently as it is a major issue for me?

I did not find that either in my update history. Could there be an equivalent of this for other machines? For instance, I got KB5005033 and KB5004945.

    Hello,

I use a SurfacePro (5th Gen). I am having exactly the same issue after the Windows update at the beginning of the month. After a little while, one after the other BT devices start disconnecting, starting from my mouse, keyboard and then audio devices. I tried all possible solutions from Surface Diagnotic Toolkit to checking for Windows Updates to reinstalling manually drivers. Nothing has worked out for more than a week! After a few minutes, capriciously the BT devices stop working, and then the bluetooth button disappears.

I am reinstating it to urge Microsoft to resolve this ASAP.

Unfortunately, I have experienced the same issues. At the same time; after the update. I can't use my mouse or my keyboard. Very painful. After rebooting it will work for less than five minutes. Classic MS update.

Hi dave1013. Thanks for posting the issue on the Feedback Hub. I have just received a wired mouse. Just like old times, but, at least, it works. Can everyone with the issue please post the details on the Feedback Hub. Thank you.
