my control key is broken

    Hi, is there anybody happen to this issue? My control key is broken after 10 months. I am a developer, I seldom use mouse, I often use the keyboard, like ctrl+arrow, ctrl+tab, ctrl+F4, ctrl+W, ctrl+alt+L, ctrl+shift+E, and so on. It's about more then 500 times I click the control key each day.

    China ms has changed a new keyboard for me last year, and the control key is broken again after 10 months. And the refuse change it again for me.

That's np, the real problem is even they change a new one for me, the control key will be broken again after 10 months.

    I guess the keyboard material is not good enough for me to click it more then 500 times each day.

    Surface book is really a good product, I really hope it will be perfect, I like surface book II, too.

    I have the same issue with my first generation SB and I am wondering if this is also affecting Surface Book 2 users....

    I love this device and I don't want to upgrade and keep having the same issue (ala MacBook Butterfly)... 

    This is one of the most contradictory hardware I've own... it is very luxurious in many ways, but it is also very cheap in others...

    Cheap examples:

    • Broken Ctrl Key (and my friend has also the left Shift key broken as well)
    • Unglued rubber feet (I had to superglue them again and ended up using tape in other parts.

    Hopefully this is not a recurring issue cause I truly want to upgrade to the same line when the time is right. This device has served me well in 4 different countries for over 2 and a half years.

    This is now the third Surface Book (1) keyboard that I have had and all three of them have had the CTL key crack.  Very frustrating that Microsoft will not acknowledge the issue and supply replacement keys.
