Hey there, everyone
I know this can be frustrating, I have been in this situation before, and know how frustrating this can be.
All credit to Barb, she tries her hardest to get product, and other folk, at Microsoft to listen. Half of the time, I think even she gets frustrated as well.
This site, although it is an official site, is mainly filled with volunteers that want to help other people. It has Microsoft engaged staff, who try to help as well. However, problems come in all shapes and sizes and vary with device.
Software teams do often come into these forums, but itis for a brief period of time.
I am not making excuses on Microsoft behalf. I am saying this to show that people are trying their hardest to get others to listen to you, and to try and resolve this issue. So while we are frustrated, please remember that we have a Code of Conduct, and we need to ensure it is followed. Also remember, all we want as Community Members who have been chosen to Moderate, is to help you. Even we, have our challenges getting those who can fix things to listen sometimes.
Regards,
