Surface Pro 4 Jul 2017 Update - Type Cover not working

I updated the latest update Jul 2017 and it bricks my type cover completely. Tried everthing, from reset, volume + and power, everthing including cleaning etc.

I just do not understand. When I did Apr 2017 update, it also half bricked it, but at least using volume+ and power helps, but now totally unusable.

If anyone come across, this, please help.

please reverify you tried SurfacePro4_Win10_15063_1702001_0.msi

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49498 and not the

other MSI.

It did not started after the firmware update. It's been approximately two weeks that I am having this problem.

No, only to take it in and continue to troubleshoot the problem. I am leaving on a business trip and need the computer.
