Yes, that was the download and it didn't work
Surface Pro 4 Jul 2017 Update - Type Cover not working
I updated the latest update Jul 2017 and it bricks my type cover completely. Tried everthing, from reset, volume + and power, everthing including cleaning etc.
I just do not understand. When I did Apr 2017 update, it also half bricked it, but at least using volume+ and power helps, but now totally unusable.
If anyone come across, this, please help.

2017-07-25T23:01:56+00:00 I am in Singapore. Tried downloading the image but the download speed is so slow, like 12hrs, and keep breaking. Tried more than 10times, without success. Any other way of getting the image?

I can't help with slow downloads. This is mostly reported outside the USA. I
have reported it multiple times but it never seems to get fixed.
Bottom line, if you have done a complete wipe and reinstall windows from that
downloadable image and then applied updates and still have the issue, you need
to exchange your Surface. If it was software, after a reimage the problem would
not occur.

Is the one you propose a new version?
Please note that the link provided is too slow (tried downloading over various networks).

fix that
