Surface Book 3 Randomly Freezing

As im working on my new $3500 Surface Book 3 i can't help but be extremely annoyed because the screen/mouse just randomly freeze, usually for about 5-10 seconds then its back to normal. Sometimes it will freeze and i have to hit the power button and that seems to unfreeze it. Very annoying, not to mention the screen dimming and getting bright on its own even though the option for it to do that is turned off.

2021-03-31T06:36:01+00:00 To be fair it is not quite a year since SB3 release but not far off.
Since this and other issues were reported the Update History page has ALWAYS STATED there are "CURRENTLY, NO KNOWN ISSUES" which was clearly not the case. This is known as lying and something we are told by our parents that we should not do. Why lie Microsoft? It does you no good.
Even now Explorer stops responding for a number of seconds and support are slowly responding with questions rather than answers.
Microsoft performance rating 1 out of 10 and that is being generous.

2021-03-27T02:45:11+00:00 RETURN THIS COMPUTER ASAP. I bought mine in May 2020 and it started to malfunction. I ended up getting a replacement in October 2020 but now that replacement isn't working either. Because it's been more than 30 days I'm stuck with a $3K computer that doesn't work. I hate Microsoft. I wish I had never bought this computer.

2021-01-12T00:00:38+00:00 Turns out the Intel Graphics change did not work for me either. Worked for a little while. I tried the Firmware update as well. Nothing seems to be working. I get the longest performance when I undock the screen and flip it around and redock it. However, the last time I did that the computer over heated.
