Surface Pro 7 Overheating when charging
So I've purchased and exchanged 3 brand new surface pro 7s in the last 20 days from best buy because of this issue. Everytime I plugged in the charger, within 5 mins, the backside of the Surface pro 7 starts overheating to an uncomfortable temperature. This was the case for the last 2 Surface Pro 7s as well. Their respective lot number was 1945 and 1943. I'm beginning to wonder if this is an issue with this particular batch ... Is there any answers for this?

2021-03-17T22:20:37+00:00 I purchased Microsoft Surface Pro 7 almost 5-6 months ago. Since last couple of weeks, I am experiencing the exact same issue as explained here. Getting super hot when it's in charging and as soon as charge plug off, it starts cooling down. While using during charging, many applications to be precise, Microsoft OneNotes crashed and I have to restart the device. This is very much annoying as many times it doesn't save the file I am working on.
Microsoft is very well known and one of the trustworthy brand in the market. But this issue makes me re-think on it.
Did anyone find the solutions or replacement? Any Recall by company?
