Surface Pro 3 - Missing Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware after reimage

MDT 2013 - Windows 8.1 all updates.

Download surface Pro 3 firmware and driver http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38826 to mdt 2013 out of box driver. Reimaged it, but missing only one and most essential driver

Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware

without this driver, surface pro is just untouchable...can anyone help me to find this driver.

    Orion, we are having the same problem Our pro 3 is only two weeks old and we have spent two hours on phone with tech support ( not fixed ) then another two hours with MS only to be told to return to store which we have now done. going to give this one a go. Does not show problem on touch controller, but affraid to update incase the problem is in the update. fingers crossed.

    OK, follow up is complete.  The button batteries in pen cap were the problem.

    Computer recognized and paired with pen.

    I got my replacement and everything updates first time no problems.

    It seems to be a specific revision version that has issues updating the firmware.

    you were correct and i needed it to change onenote to onenote desktop via the surface app.

    I took it back to the shop i got it from and got a full refund. Would have got another but had non in stock :(

    gonna try and grab one from another place tmoz
