Surface Pro 1 on Windows 8.1 reboots when Type Cover 2 is removed

I just noticed this recently but sometimes I get a Random reboot not even doing anything particular. I also noticed twice that when I attached my Type Cover 2 it reboots.  Example I attached it and the SURFACE logo shows and it boots up.

Anyone else experiencing this.?

    So yes this is not a single user case. It seems to be a little more bigger than that.

    Yes, only since I've upgraded and I don't get an error message it does just go to a black screen, surface splash screen then logon screen.

    I'm having the exact same problem, except it doesn't seem to be affected by the Type Cover (I never detach it), it just does it completely at random.
