Surface Pro 9 Screen Flickers/Scramble

Hello,

I am facing a very weird issue with my Surface Pro 9 Screen. I have been getting tiny flickering / screen scramble, extremely randomly, maybe once in 5-6 hours. I have tried contacting the support but I do not think I have been given any proper solution and it's annoying. Rather, I have been asked to do the impossible task of getting a video recording of this phenomena. I can't be staying without a device especially considering my workload as a graduate student and I have been consistently dealing with unreliability. And I also can not be dealing with this non sense of wasting my whole day recording the screen for a random lucky chance of observing the flicker.

Anyway, the issue is that I am worried about the long term health of my screen. As of now, there is no inconvenience caused by these flickers because they happen for about < 1s and once in 5-6 hours on average. But I am extremely worried about the long run. I don't want to be wasting my time sending this device for repairs for issues that should not have arise in the first place. Is there any reliable fix for this situation?

I have tried disabling or changing graphic settings and I have tried all the default steps of updating/reinstalling drivers. I have also kept my surface pro to default setting as much as possible without any modification.

I'd also like to know if it's just possible to get this device replaced? I am still under 1 month period from the date of arrival of this product. Although, I am unable to see any return option which is also distressing me.

Overall, I am extremely worried about how it will pan out in the long run. I absolutely do not want to be wasting my time over this. Please help.

    thank you for the advice, I tried so far everything is fine, but it takes some time to finally make sure that everything is fine

    Just downloaded the newest driver from the Intel homepage.

    Since updating the graphics driver, the flicker didn't appear anymore.

    Worked for me. Anybody else?

    Okay, here's my two cents for most people who have seen this post. I have been using SP9 for quite some time now.

    1. I think that the problem of flickering doesn't go away and it happens more when you do something graphic/video intensive (like watching movies on Netflix even).
    2. I have had several reliability issues with this device. It's the minor things that makes it feel like how can they not care about such small things that completely ruin user experience (at such a BIG price). For example, the haptic feedback of my pen randomly stops working? Why? I don't know. Then you have the issue of rotation completely locking when you plug in the type cover. Why would I ever want my screen to be completely locked in portrait mode with a typecover plugged? Who knows. And the random BSOD? Also, who knows. This list can go on for enough time with simple inspections.
    3. Despite all my grievances, I still like this device. The core idea and what's it meant to do are still great for people like me who really need a lot of the powerful tools that windows as an operating system can provide on desktops. And if I ignore most of the above small things, the device is working fine.
    4. Now coming back to my reliability concern. All these small error makes me feel like the device can stop functioning before or maybe a little after the warranty and then Microsoft will go like 'Nah Brah', these are the terms and conditions. Even though they are doing nothing to address these prevalent issues for countless users. And even replacing the device didn't work, so I don't know what will?

    So, if you are someone who's really concerned about reliability and small things, just return it without hesitation. However, if you think you really like the overall theme of the device outweighs everything, you can stick with it and thise inconvenience will be very minor and not matter much.

    Can you possibly detail which drivers exactly you unistalled ? I've tried everything with no luck so far...
